Pinole Civic Center City Hall and Police Facility
The Civic Center includes city offices, police facility and firehouse. The received bid was 5.6 percent below the estimate of probable construction cost. Skylights, centrally located, create open space appearance. The design combines passive energy features with integrated skylights for controlled day lighting and solar energy collectors.
