With a sketchpad and an open mind, Danadjieva Hansen Architects begin projects with a grassroots effort. We meet with community leaders, officials, historians, and the public and create an interactive forum for articulating goals, trading ideas and airing concerns. Together we formulate community vision and create the physical forms that express that vision.
Our sketches, often produced during these interactions, become the tools for inspiring vision, formulating design guidelines, funding participation, and gaining approvals of bond measures, development, and construction. This process results in planning, art, and architecture that reflect the community's identity and spirit.
