 The task of creating the design standards for the top of the hill was a challenge. The City hired your firm to analyze the existing conditions of the area and to limit the recommendations to solutions that could be implemented immediately. At our direction you solicited the support and input from the business community and helped to make this program a public/private partnership. You developed creative and innovative design concepts that can be economically feasible for the merchants and City. Finally, you and your staff integrated all the research, feedback and design ideas into a practical Design Guidelines Manual. You and your staff members successfully completed the work within the City's three month schedule, which was crucial for the timely implementation of the program. |
